The company is involved in the business of distribution of financial products and provides solutions to individual as well as corporate clients in their need for various financial products.

Age : 21-30 years
Skills/Qualificaions : Minimum Graduate , but can be relaxed in the case of an experienced or good candidate.
Compensation : • Up to Rs 10,000 per month fixed (depending upon profile) plus attractive incentives and other support. A positive learning environment with a career path will also be a key feature of the assignment. • A capable candidate can be expected to earn Rs 1.5 lakhs to Rs 2 lakhs p.a. in the 1st year
Experience : Preferably from similar background but not necessary. Fresher can also apply.
Job Profile : • To personally make outbound calls to data provided by the company & generate leads of potential customers for financial solutions/products. • Provide personalised solutions to retail as well as hni’s and support with the help of the technology platform and research provided by I-Can. • Expand the client base with the help of referrals. • Maintain customer feedback MIS in excel.
Age : 25 years plus
Skills/Qualificaions : MBA, CFP/CFA but can be relaxed in the case of an experienced candidate.
Compensation : Up to 12000 – 20000 fixed (depending upon profile) plus attractive incentives, mobile reimbursement and other support. A positive learning environment with a career path will also be a key feature of the assignment. A capable candidate can be expected to earn Rs 1.75 lakhs to Rs 6 lakhs p.a. in the 1st year
Experience : Preferably from similar background but not necessary. Fresher can also apply
Job Profile : To Aggregate individuals to work as independent advisors/distributors of financial products from existing Agents( Insurance MF etc.), DSAs etc. People who are new to the area of distribution of financial products such as students, teachers, Chartered Accountants, Doctors, Members of certain Associations, Bank Managers etc can also be motivated. To provide support to these recruited persons such as coaching, mentoring, joint calls, training, any other help required. To procure Business under different products either directly or thru these independent advisors Work as motivator to create a sense of entrepreneurship in these individuals and expand their income To maintain a minimum 50 individual independent advisors in the first year. The criteria, targets etc to be discussed separately. Prepare himself/herself for tomorrow’s Entrepreneur.
Skills/Qualificaions : Graduate Comfortable with paperwork and data handling. Basic computer skills
Compensation : Approximately Rs 10000 pm. For those with experience, aptitude and willingness to take on more responsibility, higher compensation can also be considered.
Job Profile : Handling back office operations related to distribution of financial products- Data Management Creating, updating and maintaining online Master Files Managing flow of application forms and other documents Answering phones and emails Assisting other department employees with tasks and responsibilities Completing other support and clerical related assignments as directed Handling investment subscription forms and oversee the submission to the right department/organization
Age : 21-30

To personally create an area/location wise list of HNI client either directly or through the leads provided by the company Provide these HNI personalised solutions and support with the help of the technology platform and research provided by I-Can. Expand the client base with the help of referrals
Compensation : Up to 8000 – 12000 fixed (depending upon profile) plus attractive incentives, mobile reimbursement and other support. A positive learning environment with a career path will also be a key feature of the assignment. A capable candidate can be expected to earn Rs 1.5 lakhs to Rs 4 lakhs p.a. in the 1st year
Age : 25 years plus 
Skills/Qualificaions : MBA or any Post Graduate but can be relaxed in the case of an experienced or good candidate.
Compensation : • Up to Rs 3.25 lakhs per annum fixed (depending upon profile) plus attractive incentives, reimbursements and other support. A positive learning environment with a career path will also be a key feature of the assignment. • A capable candidate can be expected to earn Rs 3.75 lakhs to Rs 5 lakhs p.a. in the 1st year
Experience : Preferably from similar background but not necessary.
Job Profile : • Recruit, Train and motivate a team of relationship officer/manager. • Guide the sales team members in prospecting new customers & provide support in solving customer queries. • Work closely with telesales team for potential lead generation. • To procure business under different products mix for the month or week. • Achieving sales target by driving the sales team. • To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales. • Organizing worksites, campaigns and HNI meets. • Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes. • Prepare day to day sales MIS as per company formats
